Lvl 75-80 you can get any pokemon level 60-65 off Jay_Pokedude.
Lvl 80-90 you can get any pokemon level 70-80 off Jay_Pokedude.
Lvl 90-95 you can get any pokemon level 90-95 off Jay_Pokedude.
Lvl 95-100 you can get any pokemon level 95-100 off Jay_Pokedude.
Lvl 100-127 you can get any pokemon off Jay_Pokedude level 100-127.
